
Parents, this is a reminder that you’re invited to attend Parent/Teacher Conferences on today, February 13th from 3:30-5:30 PM and also on Thursday, February 16th from 8:00 AM-2:00 PM. This is a good time to talk to teachers and check on the progress of your child.


The Special Olympics Area 13 Basketball Individual Skills Competition will take place on February 15th starting at 9:30 AM. The event will be held at the Chickasaw Arena. Concessions will be available for purchase.

School Cancelled for January 31,2023

Good evening. Due to weather conditions, there will be no school tomorrow, Jan 31. Students will complete assignments in via print packets or Google classroom. We will notify you of any future cancellations. Do remain safe.

Due to the threat of inclement weather, the Tenaris Afterschool Program and girls basketball games against Pocahontas that were scheduled for Monday, January 30th are canceled. The safety of our students, staff and families is our top priority.

School will not be in session on Monday, January 16th in observance of the Martin Luther King Holiday. Students will return to school on Tuesday, January 17th.

“The Civil Rights Legacy” On October 28, 2022 in Blytheville, Arkansas at the Nonviolence Youth Summit, the Arkansas MLK Commission will honor “living witnesses to history” and descendants of civil rights champions who are sharing their rich legacies with the next generation of leaders at an awards ceremony. The recipients will also interact with students in breakout sessions prior to the ceremony.
