Due to road conditions and continued freezing temperatures, we will be closed on Tuesday, Jan. 16. This is not an AMI day. The day will be made up at the end of the school year. We will continue to monitor the weather to determine if we will be closed additional days. Stay warm!

We are aware that there is the prediction of extremely low temperatures next week. We will communicate any decisions around school closings as soon as they are made. Remember that we will not have school on Monday, Jan 15, in observance of Martin Luther King Day. Stay warm.

Parents, many of our students will begin small group instruction from our Edmentum program. Please ensure that students bring Chromebooks and chargers. We will make sure they have the newest version of zoom. Remember, we have 48 days before testing. Let's make every day count!

Mr. Wallace Montgomery introduced rhythmic notations (notes and whole notes) to our beginning band students at our CPA campus. "My goal is that everything we learn is hands on, rather than worksheets. Studies show that the more you do it, physically, the better chance to learn."
