
The Blytheville Chickasaws (0-1, 5-2) on Dec. 7 continued their hot play at Fayetteville, defeating Conway 52-45 in the second round of the Bulldog Classic. The championship will be Saturday at Fayetteville High School at 1 p.m.

The Blytheville Junior Lady Chickasaws (0-1, 1-5) on Dec. 7 lost at West Memphis Wonder 55-6 in nonconference action, and the Blytheville Middle School seventh grade Junior Lady Chickasaws (0-2) were defeated by the Lady Lions 23-18.

The Blytheville Chickasaws (0-1, 4-2) on Dec. 6 edged Springdale 45-44 in the first round of the Bulldog Classic in Fayetteville, and will play in a winner’s bracket game Friday at 7 p.m.

The Blytheville Chickasaws (0-1, 3-2) on Dec. 4 lost their 4A 3 Conference opener at Jonesboro Westside 61-48, and the “B” Chickasaws defeated the JV Warriors 34-26 in their first game of the season.

The Blytheville High School ninth grade Junior Chickasaws (1-0, 1-5) on Dec. 4 won their 4A 3 Conference opener at Jonesboro Westside 55-44.

The Blytheville Junior Lady Chickasaws (1-4) on Dec. 3 were defeated at Jonesboro Westside 41-7 in 4A 3 Conference action, and the seventh grade Junior Lady Chickasaws lost at Westside 46-21 in their 2018-19 season opener.

The Blytheville High School ninth grade Junior Chickasaws (0-5) on Nov. 26 lost at Jonesboro Annie Camp 54-23.

The Blytheville Middle School eighth grade Junior Chickasaws (0-5) on Nov. 26 lost at Jonesboro Annie Camp 60-26, and the seventh grade Junior Chickasaws (0-3) fell to the Whirlwinds 40-28.

The Blytheville Chickasaws (3-1) on Nov. 24 defeated Kennett 49-44 in the one-day Riverbend Classic at New Madrid, Mo.

The Blytheville Chickasaws (2-1) on Nov. 20 defeated Jonesboro 65-53 at the BHS Gym in an exhibition benefit game, with all proceeds going to the Arkansas Activities Association.

The Blytheville Chickasaws (2-1) on Nov. 17 defeated Manila 57-49 to earn third place in the weekend Brookland Tournament. The Chickasaws lost to eventual champion Baptist Prep 53-50 in the Nov. 16 semifinals.

The Blytheville Chickasaws on Nov. 20 will go against Jonesboro in a benefit basketball game for the Arkansas Activities Association, with tip-off at the BHS Gym at 6 p.m.

The Blytheville Chickasaws on Nov. 15 opened their 2018-19 season by defeating Bay 74-58 in the first round of the Brookland Tournament.

The Blytheville Lady Chickasaws (0-2) on Nov. 15 lost to Osceola 56-55 at the BHS Gym.
