Teacher of the Year Recipient: Patricia Dawson
It is with great pride that we nominate Patricia Dawson for Teacher of the Year at Blytheville Elementary School. With 22 years of dedicated service in the Blytheville School District, Mrs. Dawson exemplifies the qualities of an outstanding educator.
Patricia is a devoted teacher who consistently goes above and beyond to ensure her students succeed. She is always on top of her lesson plans, turning them in on time each week and consistently working with students in small groups to provide individualized attention. Her commitment to her students’ academic and personal growth is evident every day.
One of the standout qualities that sets Mrs. Dawson apart is her work ethic. She is often one of the first teachers to arrive on campus in the mornings and one of the last to leave in the evenings. Her dedication to her students and colleagues does not go unnoticed.
Whether she’s collaborating with her teaching team or offering a helping hand to a student in need, Patricia’s commitment is unwavering.
Her warmth and kindness are felt by all who encounter her. She can often be seen walking the halls with a big, welcoming smile, always making sure to brighten the day of those around her.
We are incredibly proud to have Patricia Dawson as a 3rd-grade teacher at Blytheville Elementary School. Her passion for teaching and her genuine care for her students make her an invaluable member of our school community.
Outside of the classroom, Patricia enjoys cooking and has a special fondness for collecting cooking items, which speaks to her love for nurturing others in all aspects of her life.
We are truly fortunate to have Patricia as part of our team, and she is more than deserving of the honor of Teacher of the Year.
