Think About It Thursday   1/25/2018

Ninth graders, you’re off to a good start!  Just finished updating my paper copies of your transcripts, and I was pleased at what I saw.  You are doing well helping yourself and your GPA with the grades you’ve made so far this year.  Keep up the good work.

Seniors, you’re heading down the home stretch of this thing called high school.  Don’t slow down, and for sure don’t stop.  The end is quickly approaching.  Make your high school story have a happy ending – good grades, good attendance, good times, good friends.

First seven students who reply with the correct answer to the following question, will win a prize.  How many semesters are in a school year?  Good luck!

Sophomores and Juniors, keep on keeping on.  You’ll be moving up the ladder soon.  Keep those grades up and watch your attendance and tardies.  And don’t forget to have some fun along the way.

Teachers, first five winners of you will be those who respond correctly and tell me what happened to the snowman when an icicle fell on his head.

Did you know?

Mathway.com solves all kinds of math homework problems with step-by-step explanations.

Writing something out is the memory equivalent of reading it seven times.  A good tip to know when studying.

Food for Thought

Do your differences add value to those around you?  Or how about this - - - do you allow others’ differences to add value to you?  Hmmm.  Something to ponder.

That’s all for now.  Trying to change it up a bit and get more readers. Have a good day!!

Love,

Ms. Scottie
