Parents asked to pick up due process records

Parents may view and/or obtain their child's Special Education or Speech Therapy due process records through Aug. 31 at the Blytheville School District's administration building any weekday from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Records which are not picked up by Aug. 31 will be destroyed Sept. 1. State and federal guidelines require that all Special Education Due Process forms and records be destroyed within six years after a student leaves the Special Education or Speech Therapy programs.
